We are an Austin, TX Based Real Estate company with a Land and Ranch division and a Luxury home division. We are looking for a copywriter to write blogs for us and content for our websites on a regular basis. This will be an independent contractor position paid per post/ project at a pre-determined rate based on experience. We REALLY want someone familiar with the Austin and surrounding area to provide lifestyle content that is not the same generic blog content on all other Real Estate websites. If you have familiarity with Ranch properties EVEN better!

COMPENSATION:

$50 - $100 hourly

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Write unique and interesting blogs for our Ranch and Land Sales website.
Write unique and interesting blogs for our Luxury Residential website.
Write copy for area and lifestyle pages on our residential website.
Write copy for specific topics of interest on our Land and ranch website.
Work closely with SEO team to be sure all content is optimized.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experienced copywriter
Must be able to identify and portray our brand through custom blog posts and website copy.
Must be able to contribute content several times a month on a routine schedule.
