We are collaborating on the next edition of a global journal that looks at how policy and politics affect people and the world. We're seeking reported stories that dive into various aspects of life in the Arctic.

Stories must be grounded in firsthand accounts from people who live and work in the Arctic. They should tell us something surprising and unknown about life in the Arctic, helping expand readers’ perspectives so that they understand the dynamic and diverse nature of the region.

In your pitch, please include an overview of your story idea, including what sources and subjects you plan to interview, and a bit on your experience with this issue. Rate: $2,500, word count is flexible.
