Writers wanted (real estate investing) | 10-20 cents per word

First and foremost, we are looking for people with deep commercial real estate investing experience. This is not something that can be researched. The writer either knows CRE or does not and, being seasoned experts ourselves, we can tell the difference. For writers whose work requires little/no editing by me personally, we pay up to 20 cents per word. For those whose work does require my input, we pay between 10-15 cents per word. I always prefer the former.
COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE WRITER
We are looking for ghost writers who can produce articles on commercial real estate investing - specifically relating to crowdfunding.
Projects include writing blog posts about advanced commercial real estate concepts - 'commercial' not 'residential' - so candidates must have extensive commercial real estate knowledge and writing experience.
Scenarios will include writing original articles from structured outlines that we provide covering commercial real estate investing topics. We cover all asset classes including multifamily, office, self storage, MOB, data centers, industrial and others.
In some cases the topics we provide will come with transcripts of conversations with experts that require editing into readable articles (converting from the spoken word).
There are two key qualification criteria for this work; one, you enjoy and know how to write for a professional, highly educated audience, and two, that you have deep experience in commercial real estate and the language of this industry.
