Writer wanted (food) | $250+ per article

Anyone happen to be or know a savvy, voicey food news/trends writer who'd have some time and interest in working with us.
We're looking for a writer to do 2-4 news pieces a week for us over here, and about an hour of research on those a day. $250/piece, plus $50/hour for the research. This is our rate for a quick turnaround news piece that runs like, 400-500 words, not a feature. Big features/reported pieces pay more, of course.
We're looking for freelance support at this time. Previous food writing experience is ideal, as is comfort with google trends. We will do our best to get back to everyone who wrote in.
