I'm looking for pitches from student journalists for The Lead newsletter in 2022. This is a paid opportunity. Your work will be published on Poynter's site and emailed to an engaged audience of more than 3,000. The rates vary by story format, topic and length, but Poynter pays roughly 50 cents a word for reported pieces.
