Writers wanted (welding, construction) | $350+ per article
Added 2022-02-17 23:43:21 +0000 UTCCOMPANY/PUBLICATION: FIXTURE MEDIA
We're looking for writers for 1,600-2,500 word articles aimed at a construction and DIY audience. The articles are primarily about welding, construction safety, trade industries, etc. The more expertise you have in those areas, the better!
We are able to pay $350 per article, representing a $0.15-0.25 average per word rate. Open to writers with higher rate requirements if welding experience is a great match.
We're looking for 1-2 writers to handle 1-2 pieces per month.
The articles are intended to capture search traffic for specific terms, so they need to be well-researched and authoritative. We will be providing a 1-2 page brief and some research, but expect writers to fill in the blanks within reason.
The audience is people working in the trades, so your writing needs to be helpful, conversational, and straightforward.
Please send links to examples of published work that best matches the personal writing tone and style you would bring to this project.
Bonus points if the example is at least 1,500 words.
Because knowledge of welding, automotive, construction, and DIY topics is important, please mention your experience in this area.
Also, please include the word "spaceship" in your response (this helps us weed out people who don't pay close attention to directions).
