Remote Copywriter wanted | $60 per hour

We’re looking for a strong copywriter with deep experience working with B2B marketing teams. Someone who can craft compelling headlines for articles, blogs, and case studies. Someone with a passion for writing punchy email or social media copy that connects our target audiences to our content and brand. And someone who has mastered writing copy online ads and paid search campaigns

Our copy must reflect the needs of our core audiences, strengthen their perception of Genpact, and encourage them to get in touch.

THERE’S A LOT TO DO. WE HOPE YOU CAN HELP US:

Create engaging copy

• Create copy for integrated marketing campaigns, including email, social media posts, digital ads, landing pages, and event abstracts
• Craft compelling headlines and promotional copy for articles, blogs, case studies and other content pieces
• Ensure compliance with brand, tone of voice, writing style, and messaging
• Help upskill existing content teams with greater copywriting prowess

Analyze and act

• Review and act on content performance data to achieve greater engagement with our target audiences

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE:

• Excellent command of English, strong copywriting skills, and experience in B2B communications (in-house or agency) or as a freelance copywriter
• Experience working in marketing teams and in large B2B enterprises
• Knowledge of writing for engaging content formats. Interactive content in particular
• Good stakeholder management, especially with senior business partners and clients, and collaboration skills across a global marketing team
• Ability to demonstrate the value and impact of content marketing/engagement through metrics
• Inquisitive, analytical (data-driven), logical, structured and self-accountable
• Intellectually curious, creative, and market oriented
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Ability to communicate effectively across cultures
