Friedman Associates is a consulting firm for community development financial institutions (CDFIs) that provide capital to individuals and communities that cannot obtain conventional bank financing to start a business, purchase a home, and develop job-producing projects in distressed communities.
We are seeking professionals with grant writing experience for non-profit community development organizations that specialize in small business lending and affordable housing lending in underserved communities. Familiarity with CDFI Fund, SBA, EDA, and DHHS is a plus. You will work with a team of the most experienced professionals in the industry. For qualified professionals, there is an opportunity to earn significant income and learn best practices in preparing these government grants.
