Humanitas welcomes submissions of opinion articles, listicles, and reviews on a variety of topics for publication on our online blog. Current areas of interest include but are not limited to:
- Business of Writing
- Craft tips
- Contests, Fellowships & Labs
- Industry Jobs
- Publications & Podcasts
- Networking
- Screenwriting Tools & Software
- Industry Trends
We consider completed articles and only provide pre-publication copy edits.
We do not consider previously published submissions.
Submissions must be no longer than 750 words.
Simultaneous submissions are welcome, but please let us know if your piece is published elsewhere.
We do our best to read all submissions promptly and will contact you within one month if we are interested in publishing your work.
Contributors whose work is published on the Humanitas blog will receive $100.00 payment per article.
