Writer and Researcher wanted (labor union) | 12 cents per word

Hello, writers! I'm building a website focused on labor union issues. I need a writer/researcher who's interested in this topic to help me create an initial base of quality content.
Pay Rate: $0.12/word (via PayPal).
Content Length: 250-500 words per article.
Content Description: Articles will include profiles of companies (pro-union and anti-union), news about union drives, analysis of trends in the labor movement, and more. They are intended to be informational resources and will require some light research.
Project Scope: 5-10 articles over the next 2-3 months. If the working relationship is good, I'd prefer to stick with the same writer for all the articles.
Requirements: Ability to write informative, accurate, and concise articles on time. Journalism training would be helpful, but it's not necessary. Some understanding of labor unions would also be helpful.
