Pitches wanted (consumer tech) | up to $1,000 per article

We are looking for folks who can write authoritative, testing-based guides. Open to pitches on any number of consumer tech categories. Past experience doing this sort of thing is a plus. If you're interested, get in touch!
Generally giving 4-6 weeks for a deadline, though the work itself won't take up that much time. There would be further opportunities for updates to a completed guide over time. Would be a lesser rate (depends on the work needed), but allows for some level of recurring work.
This is a rolling initiative, something I'm trying to get more of onto Ars in general. If someone has a good idea and can lend of sense of expertise to a topic, I'd be thrilled to hear from them.
