Freelance writing opportunity: are any historians (especially grad students/ECRs) working on interesting aspects of military history? Want to bring your writing talents to a leading digital platform for paid freelance work?
A leading publisher in defense/military technology is looking to expand its historical coverage. We’re open to pitches on any aspect of military history—particularly ancient/medieval and histories of key battles/weapons (guns, swords, you name it!).

We’re looking for expert contributors, be it academics, heritage professionals, curators, etc. who can bring a unique perspective to the work. In terms of pay, it would be very much on a piece-by-piece basis.
