Writer wanted for B2B healthcare company | 30 cents per word

Pay rate: $0.30/word or more depending on experience and results. This is a specific and technical subject and we are willing to pay for the right fit.
We are a B2B startup that provides smart and easy employee healthcare benefits. We are looking for regular blog posts/white papers on topics targeted at small company executives and HR managers. For example, we may want to explain how a company can self-insure, or what a PEO does .
The ideal candidate will have a background writing for medical or insurance. In the longer term, we also want help with email flows, ads and website copy, and it would be great to have a flex player who could work on these as well. The person or people we hire will have plenty of ongoing work and an opportunity to eventually come on full time if they want.
