BIPOC writers wanted for gender justice series | 40 cents per word

I'm guest editing a series this summer!. This series focuses on LGBTQIA+ Black, Indigenous, and people of color, and we are currently in search of two reporters/writers for two separate paid features (40¢/word).
#1 explores the joy of gender affirmation/gender euphoria and families supporting their children/family members’ gender (transition/affirmation). I'm looking for a trans/non-binary/genderqueer writer/reporter with experience covering LGBTQIA+ issues. BIPOC only.
#2 will explore how mutual aid funds and Black trans-led community resources help address what policy hasn’t/refuses to, and how—by centering radical politics—mutual aid funds can provide the safety and comfort necessary for Black trans folks. Black trans reporters/writers only.
