Added 2022-06-16 18:31:52 +0000 UTCCOMPANY/PUBLICATION: SCISHOW
Deadline: 26 June 2022
Writers are responsible for helping Complexly achieve our mission of creating trustworthy stuff that inspires curiosity and lowers barriers to knowledge building by creating scripts that engage our audience. This includes researching and writing assigned scripts, workshopping script ideas, and submitting scripts on time.
We're looking for a freelance writer to help shape the content for SciShow Space. This will be done by researching, writing, and revising scripts that are clear, compelling, accurate, and fascinating. These scripts are typically full-length videos varying from 500-2000 words, and the goal is the same: engage with people's curiosity, tell an interesting story, and make sure it's factually accurate so we can inspire learning.
You should be able to juggle multiple ongoing projects at once, meet deadlines, and research a variety of topics. Being a strong communicator is essential to convey topics to a broad audience and work cohesively with your team.
