Remote Senior UX Writer wanted | $60-$65 per hour

We’re looking for a UX Writer to help us transform complex challenges into easy-to-use products. You’ll write content for products like SIXT rent a car, SIXT car subscription, SIXT ride-hailing, and more.

For us, UX Writing is an integrated and essential part of the product creation process. We look for people with a passion for language and words, and the desire to make the technology widely accessible.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design content for our app and web products—creating seamless and convenient experiences for our customers
• Solve complex problems with human-centered design thinking
• Write clear and engaging content that translates our product benefits into desirable stories
• Champion the SIXT brand voice and style
• Generate and share insights from customer feedback and product usage data
• Use insights to inform your content strategy and day-to-day optimizations, and effectively pitch those ideas to our teams
• Perform functional and editorial quality assurance
• Manage multiple projects and competing priorities
• Create, maintain, and evolve content guidelines

EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years of UX writing experience
• Excellent editing skills and love for both strategy as well as hands-on writing
• A collaborative approach, and excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely within cross-functional teams
• Open and receptive to critical feedback · Energy, passion, and perseverance for shaping the role
• Experience with design tools (Figma, Miro, Sketch)
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices
