Internet marketing company is looking for talented, creative freelance writers to join our team. Writers will write original articles targeted to a sophisticated audience for law firms.

Writers will be given all relevant proprietary information to learn the company’s business model, the company’s target audience, and desired tone. Writers must be able to blend industry-specific language, research-based writing, and strong calls to action in the unique voice of the website.

The writer for this position must have experience with blog-writing for law firms. A law degree or experience in the legal field is not a requirement but is a plus. We work with attorneys who practice in several areas including:

• Personal Injury
• Mass Torts/ Pharmaceutical Injuries
• Civil Sexual Assault
• Employment Law
• Immigration law
• Family Law
• Criminal Defense

Writers will research and write on legal topics within the context of marketing for the firm and engaging with the audience.

COMPENSATION

Compensation is commensurate with experience, page length, and complexity/creativity required by the assignment instructions. Please state your customary rate in your cover letter.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years of experience writing for legal websites
• Basic understanding of SEO and experience writing with assigned keyword phrases
• Ability to research subjects and write thoughtful, original content (all submissions checked through Copyscape)
• Impeccable grammar skills (all submissions checked through Grammarly)
• Sensitivity to client tone and ability to write in the client’s distinct voice
• Able to blend informational content with engaging marketing copy
