We are a nimble and busy, team-based boutique residential real estate brokerage selling luxury properties in the Greater Downtown Miami area and the Miami Beaches. We are looking for a positive, passionate script writer/copywriter to join our team and help us execute a new series of video blogs as well as informational videos to grow our brand exponentially.

You will be communicating and working daily with our Director of Content Marketing, Videographer and the rest of our creative team who are great at what they do. And You will be the person who is crafting the public’s view of our company through exceptional and creative video deliverables and content co-creation.

Topics include various lifestyle and real estate topics in Miami related to the neighborhoods we service.

This is a long-term (12 month) contract. We have been shooting 8-10 videos a month, and we expect you would be involved in probably 4-6 of them per month.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED SCRIPT WRITER.

The Scriptwriter/Writer creates details of the script based on concepts or ideas. He/She creates stories for production, with a deep understanding of the storyline and target audience. He/She works closely with the production teams to revise the script to suit audiences. He/She reviews the work to ensure it meets required editorial standards. He/She also ensures regulatory requirements are followed.

He/She is expected to work under pressure to manage edits within a short time frame. He/She should be familiar with current screenplay formats. He/She should be familiar with script-writing guidelines to develop a full-length script within required deadlines.

He/She should also have a basic understanding on how to translate scripts to various visual media. He/She should have strong grammar and writing capability. He/She should be creative, patient and motivated at work.

TASKS:

• Create scripts for Youtube Videos
• Approve copyright clearance fees and ensure it is accounted for in the budget.
• Create blueprints for scripts based on research and creative vision of production teams.
• Discuss content details with technical teams to ensure that it meets desired standards.
• Guide teams to research on the subject matter based on the storyline provided.
• Identify sources for the researcher to assist the scriptwriting process.
• Present the narratives and provide inputs on the visual and production requirements.
• Produce original ideas based on the understanding of the audience.
• Research to understand the characters (our agents) and other story elements.
• Revise the blueprints based on inputs from production teams.
• Revise written materials based on editorial and personal standards to meet expectations of production teams.
• Write the narrative script describing in detail the plot, characters, environment, moods and dialogues.

QUALIFICATION:

• 100% remote work
• Fluent in English
• Residing in Miami Florida is preferred, but not required
• Deep knowledge of Miami required
• Has knowledge ideally in Real Estate
