Writer / Researcher wanted for documentary-based YouTube content (mysteries) | 15 cents per word

I'm looking to hire a writer/researcher to aid in long-form documentary-based YouTube content.
COMPENSATION
Payment for research and scripting is negotiable. Baseline is $0.15 USD per word.
SCOPE OF WORK
Current goal is one script per month. Subject to change based on my personal editing efficiency.
Hunt for potential mystery topics and submit a brief summary to myself for approval.
Construct a script consisting of +-4,500-5,000 words.
Work in tandem with myself in topic hunting, research, and scripting out +-30 minute mystery documentaries for YouTube.
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge and a passion for Internet mysteries and events that have impacted our world.
Examples include Lake City Quiet Pills, The Elan School, The Yuba County Five.
Ability to scour various avenues of the internet for potential topics.
Possess a good eye for high quality real-life stories.
Ability to transform topics into stories told in active voice.
The capacity to work independently.
