Writer wanted for blockchain gaming company | 15 cents per word

Hey there Writer community,

I am building a Marketing team. I have plan and I'd like to let you in on it.

I have done the regular recruiting pipeline through headhunters when it comes to get a Content Writer. Been burned quite a few times and I think it's not the best to go at it. Lots of painful administrative pain on both sides. Eh.

So my new plan is to find a writer among a community such as this one and build a relationship. The idea is to see if your style/attitude/flexibility match our marketing approach over the course of several articles. If we match, my goal is to bring you in as an exclusive writer for us. I am insisting on this because obviously, this job will not be for everyone. Plenty of writers love their freedom and this is perfectly fine. It will be a remote job, that goes without saying, and ideally someone located in the Europe time zone would be preferable. Oh, and we pay in Stable coins (USDT) as well. Starting rate would be $15c/word.

So, I am looking for someone who will be part of us down the line, who will know our game in and out and will be able to produce written content for articles and socials. Now, as mentioned in the title, we are a Blockchain company working on a game/metaverse so we are looking for a gamer (not casino game, but proper games) who would be able to write interesting content about our game, link to societal, tech and other non-endemic topics. SEO knowledge is obviously a plus.

What I am not looking for is someone who can write very generic articles about everything we throw their way, and magically produces 1000 words of very convoluted sentences in an over-the-top Proper English style. Don't get me wrong, these articles have their uses in a carpet bombing SEO/backlink strategy but this is not the case here. The right candidate needs to be genuinely be passionate by PC or Console gaming (not interested in smartphone-only players, sorry).

Also, apologies for being super upfront but I thought I would be as honest as possible right off the bat so I do not waste your precious time (and mine :))
