About this position: With support from our editors, you’ll have the opportunity to share your perspectives on the market, investing strategies and philosophy.
This is a contract position in which we pay $140 per published article. We are looking for writers who can publish at least 20 articles per month. Our most successful writers publish many more than this
FOR THIS CONTRACT POSITION, WE'RE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WHO:
- Understand general Foolish investing principles: buy and hold, invest for the long-term, finding the right investments for risk tolerance, etc.
- Have the ability to translate complex topics into easily understandable language.
- Have previous publishing credits in the area of investment planning (articles, books, etc.).
- Can produce at least 10 clean, quality articles per month.
- Consistently meet deadlines, respond to edits, and work collaboratively.
A FEW THINGS TO NOTE:
- Experience in writing for organic search and managing money are major pluses -- but not requirements.
- A high-volume writer can make six figures per year with us.
- Our writers tend to stay with us for years. Many have been here a decade or more.
- In a turbulent industry, our track record of financial stability stands out.
