Prefer hybrid but will accept remote candidates as well.
- A UX Writer creates, develops, plans, writes and edits content that appears on Intuitive products.
- This can include operational, instructional, maintenance or test procedures for robotic systems, digital applications, and customer-facing websites.
- The UX writer may also produce content for embedded user assistance technology.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducts interviews with various users and technical staff to gather data for documentation.
- Researches and translates technical information into text displayed on product or digital application user interfaces for nontechnical and technical users.
- May document engineering processes and specifications.
- Recommends formats responsive to technical and customer requirements.
- Produces products that conform to the company documentation and quality assurance standards.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, & TRAINING:
- Awareness of appropriate writing styles
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in English or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience
