2025-08-31 15:45:50 +0000 UTCSuch a good pair of episodes! Pouf is the ultimate brain power among the Royal Guards. Heâs creepy and honestly reminds me a bit of Hisoka. And by the wayâthat man wouldâve been PURRFECT for this arc. Gon and Killua shouldâve invited him on hunter business, since Hisoka IS a licensed Hunter. He couldâve outsmarted Pouf and probably decapitated Youpi already. He would've toyed with soldier ants. Sigh.. wasted potential :( Anyway, back to Poufâheâs the most vulnerable of the Guards despite being the cunning, smarty-pants one. Way easier to kill. I also have to disagree with the narrator about Morel âdoing the right thingâ by removing the smoke screen to help Knuckle. Sure, it worked out in the end, but they didnât know that at the time. He shouldâve stayed loyal to the plan. And because of HIS injury, Knuckle ended up removing the 'JIKAN DESU!' thingy (lol I forgot the actual name). Knuckle is such a softie and the mangaka really made sure we knew it. With puppies, with Gon's training, with this entire plan.. On my first watch I remember thinking, 'Oh, Meleron can touch the JIKAN DESU thing to make it invisible for a while' but NOPE! They went in the exact opposite direction :'D Bizeffâs side story is just boring :/ Iâm sorry but itâs true. Sure, all the bits and pieces come together in the end, but in the middle of all the fight scenes they just feel so unrelated. Welfin on the other hand is the epitome of an overthinker. He couldâve killed that lioness and the poor poor ant girl already but since he doesnât really know them or their powers, he just trails after them. Be brave dude. WE SAW PALM!! Itâs been a minute girl, but thank you Pouf for showing us. She had it rough in this arc⌠maybe even on par with Knov :(
