Hello Gastro Obscura contributors!

I'm writing to encourage you to pitch additions to our Food & Drink database. These are short articles of 350 to 650 words about a drink, dish, etc that is unique to—or primarily found in—a specific town or region. Each one should also include a Where to Try It location that you have visited.

Here are some examples:

• Génépi
• Puren White Strawberry
• Chocolate-atole
• Tunglubuk Chi

Our goal is to publish 1 addition to the database each week, so we are accepting pitches for this section on an ongoing basis. Pitch us anytime!
