We are looking for freelance writers with relevant experience covering the global financial industry, ideally from the perspective of an Australian.
Journalists need to possess native written fluency in English and be capable of reporting on daily financial news, stocks, commodities, markets, and investment analysis. Journalists also need to be able to turn stories around in a matter of days.
Freelancers should also be comfortable pitching two story angles weekly. A willingness to interview industry experts is welcome, but not required.
Those who are able to demonstrate a track record in money market research and analysis will be prioritized. Ideally, applicants should also demonstrate deep understanding and awareness when it comes to asset allocation.
Maybe you have stories to pitch on the latest equities trends. Perhaps you specialize in following major hedge funds and reporting on how they’re impacting the markets. Maybe you understand some lesser-known investment themes that deserve a bit of spotlight.
The rate is US$268 per 1,000-word story.
