Our democracy team is expanding! We're looking for a part-time reporter in the mid-west who has their finger on the pulse of threats to democracy, redistricting, state races and other critical election issues. Part-time reporters rate is $3,000 per month loosely tied to 3000 words. Just email me ankita.rao@theguardian.com.
