Remote Content Writer and Editor wanted (education technology) | $40 to $95 per hour

We prioritize fun and celebrate the wins while ensuring our clients receive outstanding service. Our agency is growing quickly, and we are looking for a Contractor, Content Writer and Editor to support our clients with case studies, blogs, press releases, op eds, bylined articles, conference proposals, social media content, and award submissions.

YOU HAVE:

• Agency experience navigating the demands of multiple writing and editing projects in any given day.
• A proven track record of collaborating with multiple people on writing projects with simultaneous deadlines.
• Experience with writing content from multiple perspectives, including CEOs and senior leadership teams, as well as proofreading for tone, style, clarity, grammar, and formatting.
• Bonus points for experience in edtech.

WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS:

• Reporting to the Senior Director of Client Relations, you will collaborate with the team and our clients to define content needs.
• Complete writing projects, meet deadlines, and follow content requirements in terms of style and project specifications.
• Create and revise content as needed.
• Develop style guides or suggest changes to ensure content is consistent and relevant with the audience.
• Think creatively and conduct research on any given topic to offer writing and editing support.
• Develop content, including: case studies, blogs, press releases, op eds, bylined articles, conference proposals, social media content, and award submissions.
