COMPANY/PUBLICATION: IGNITE MY SITE

Megan Mahoney, Founder of Ignite My Site, is looking for a writer:

FREELANCE WRITER (WITH STRATEGIST POTENTIAL)

for B2B SaaS content agency

I create a lot of BoFU, product-focused content for SaaS companies.

MY GOAL IS TO:

• build the topical authority of each client's site; and
• drive conversions directly from the content.

I pay $350 per post, but my writing process is a little different than most.

HERE'S WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE:

• You'll listen to a few customer research calls to learn about the product and key customer pain points. (Note that you'll only do this once when first onboarding to a new client).
• I assign you a keyword. I sometimes do an interview with a team member for the keyword so that you have expert information on the topic rather than just Googling around to find generic information. So you're not copying the interview word for word, but you can use the information as a resource to write the post.
• I'll have you optimize it with Clearscope and attain a 90% score in Grammarly. We'll do a round of revisions.

Given that this writing style is a little unique, I created a 3-video mini-course on my writing style (see here).

• Send me a piece you've written in a similar style to the videos (if the post isn't exactly the same, you could tell me how you'd change it to fit the style outlined in the video).
