Writer wanted (home services, clinical practices) | 10-25 cents per word

I'm an Austin-based marketing consultant and freelancer for small home service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, handyman) and therapy/clinical practices.
I'm looking for a freelance copywriter I can work with on blog posts and web pages for clients. It's a fully remote 1099 gig and can work around your schedule.
I'll be starting slow, and I'll need someone who can deliver 1-2 articles or posts per month. The length of the pieces will vary but could be anywhere from 1,000 to 2,500 words.
The perfect candidate will have experience owning a home or doing home repairs or improvements -OR- in a clinical niche, such as dentistry, psychotherapy, wellness, etc.
Pay depends on experience, generally between 10 to 25 cents per word.
