Content Writers wanted (pickleball) | $100+ per article

COMPANY/PUBLICATION: PICKLEBALL PEN

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create engaging content for our Pickleball blog using Surfer SEO as the writing platform (SurferSEO Experience preferred - we will provide this tool)
• Go beyond simple research to develop fresh and innovative content that ranks in Google (SEO-Optimized - no plagiarism)
• Produce at least 2 high quality articles per week (well-researched, 1500-2000 word articles - we will provide article ideas and outlines)
• Follow our outlines and use tools like Asana and Slack to submit articles on time (we will provide this)
• Edit existing content to meet editor expectations
• Include images, videos, bullet points, short blocks of text, tables, and other items that help improve on-page SEO (doesn't need all of these, but at least some in each article)

EXPERIENCE AND CAPABILITIES

• Impeccable ability to write in English (Native English speakers only)
• Strong research skills
• Pickleball experience preferred (playing or knowledge of the sport)
• Surfer SEO experience preferred
• WordPress, Asana, and Slack experience not required - but useful as well
