We launched Long Road Magazine a couple weeks ago with the plan to publish 1-2 deeply reported, longform stories about borders everywhere each month.

Again, the stories we're looking for should be about borders in some way and need to be deeply reported, should demonstrate a passage of time and give a strong sense of place.

CONFIDENTIAL NOTE: Reports indicate that this opportunity will pay a flat rate of $1,500 for 3,000 words or above. It is recommended that you discuss the rate(s) with the editor/employer prior to commencing work.
