Marketing/Business Writers wanted | $500 per article

Almost everyone at Grow and Convert starts as a writer, including all content strategists.

We pay writers $500 per piece. Full-time writers can handle between 12 – 16 pieces per month for full time equivalent income of $6000 – $8000 per month. But most writers don’t work full time with us, they choose to write a number of pieces that fits in their schedule and most earn between $2500 and $4500 per month.

HERE IS HOW OUR HIRING PROCESS WORKS:

• You apply, answering all the questions on our application, including providing a short sales pitch. The writing sample is by far the most important part of the application. We have a very clearly defined style, and we're looking to see that our styles align.
• If we think you may be a good fit, we offer you a paid test project (not a full article). The test project involves watching a client demo call, doing a SERP analysis, and proposing an outline. It gives you a clear idea of what it's like to write for us, and gives us a clear idea on your writing strengths.
• Based on the test project, we can see whether or not we're going to be a good fit for the long-term for each other.
• If we both agree it's a good fit, we will assign you your first article. Every writer starts with 1 article a month and can scale up as desired, as long the writing quality/style aligns with our guidelines.

Important: We don’t require much, or any, writing experience. The actual writing we do is simple and clear so we aren’t looking for people with large portfolios with flowery writing. We’re just looking smart people who can understand and communicate products and their benefits clearly and are interested in marketing.
