iSportsman, LLC is looking for freelance Indigenous outdoor writers interested in submitting and writing written works for the population of the company websites (www.iSportsman.com and www.iSportsmanARX.com) as well as inclusion in the company bi-weekly newsletter which is sent to over 250K subscribers.
iSportsman is looking to diversify their team of content contributors and build a repertoire of content specifically for their Indigenous audiences. Indigenous writers will be prioritized and, depending on the volume of responses, non-Indigenous writers may or may not be considered. iSportsman is accepting pitches from writers of all levels of experience.
Work assignments will be negotiated by company needs, and/or submitted writer pitches. Rates per word and per article are negotiable. Reprints are accepted, and iSportsman is willing to negotiate reprint price with the writer.
iSportsman’ s main content focus is hunting and fishing, and writer submissions and applications with those themes will be prioritized. However, works on camping, ATVs, watersports and other outdoor recreational activities can/will be considered.
Rates start at: 10-30 cents per word, prices are negotiable.
