Remote Content Writer wanted (legal) | $2,000 to $4,000 per month (part-time)

Gorilla Webtactics is a niche law firm marketing agency for lawyers that specializes in marketing for criminal defense, family law, injury, bankruptcy and immigration law firms.

We are looking for a highly self motivated Content Writer to join our team and produce timely and relevant articles and website copy for our clientele.

If you have a J.D. and at least 3+ years of experience writing legal related blogs, articles and website copy for American Law Firms, we'd like to talk to you!

Please share samples of your work or portfolio of your published articles, along with your application.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Write clear marketing copy to promote our clients services
• Prepare well-structured blogs posts using WordPress
• Proofread and edit blog posts before publication
• Submit work to project manager for input and approval
• Coordinate with designers to prepare new website pages
• Use SEO guidelines to optimize content
• Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
• Update website content as needed

SKILLS

• J.D. preferred
• 3+ years of proven experience as a legal content writer, copy writer or similar role.
• Thorough understanding of the American Legal System
• Portfolio of published articles
• Familiarity with WordPress
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English
• Ability to meet deadlines

PAY: $2,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
