Remote Copywriter wanted for digital marketing agency | $40 to $50 per hour

HERE’S THE ROLE TODAY

We’re looking for an exceptional copywriter to be a long-term partner in our fast-growing digital marketing agency.

You will write effective ads, catchy headlines, website pages, and traffic-building articles for a range of clients across multiple industries. You will deliver world class marketing copy that sparks emotion and drives action. Your copy and content will help us on our mission to become one of the top digital marketing agencies in the world.

Your work will be wide-ranging and highly participatory. You will engage directly with our team and clients to gather raw information and insights for copy creation. The role has potential to form a significant portion of your client base.

HERE’S THE ROLE TOMORROW

There is opportunity to develop the role to fit your own goals, either moving into a permanent staff position in 9–18 months or continuing indefinitely as an independent contractor. There is also potential for you to grow into an editorial role, managing junior copywriters as our team expands.

You will report to our Editorial Manager.

In three months, you’ve:

• Developed an understanding of the content needs and individual voices of both Antimatter and our current clients.
• Proven your ability to deliver a wide range of high quality, creative marketing copy.
• Produced a significant volume of strong copywriting at a reliable pace and within fairly set deadlines.

In six months, you’ve:

• Earned trust from our team to work directly with clients on projects.
• Completed a wide range of successful projects and developed your ability to deliver exceptional copy that needs little editing.

In 12 months, you’ve:

• Built a reputation with our clients as a world-class copywriter.
• Shown ability to manage projects and junior copywriters.
