Rebecca MCarthy, Assistant Editor at the Science History Institute, is looking for pitches:

We're looking for pitches for the Science History Institute's magazine, Distillations. We publish historically grounded stories about science and the environment and we're particularly interested in pieces on scientific racism right now.

No deadline for pitches generally, but we’re especially looking for pitches on scientific racism over the next several weeks!

STANDARD RATES

• $1.25/word for features
• $750 flat fee for argued essays, columns, and profiles
• $400 for interviews
