I am looking for web pitches for 2023 on business and quality of life in the Sacramento and the 10 surrounding counties. Web stories run anywhere from 600-1,500 words and are $200-300 depending on complexity. Submission guidelines can be found here: https://www.comstocksmag.com/submission-guidelines We consider writers at all levels of experience. We prefer writers who live in or have spent time in the Sacramento region, but our roster includes writers all over the world.  Email jfergesen@comstocksmag.com with at least one writing sample. Student and/or unpublished work is acceptable for those who don't have published clips. Include the word "pitch" in your subject line. Deadline for 2023 pitches December 1, 2023
