Caroline Lupini is looking for pitches for Appellation Magazine:
I'm taking pitches for the fall issue of a new print magazine about wine in Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, and Montana. We're looking to commission at least 10 features and will pay at least $250/feature. Please send your pitches to caroline@appellationmagazine.com for consideration. No specific deadline as of now. Well be keeping a database of responses and it'll be a quarterly mag. People don't have to be based there as long as they're willing to go there. We may have occasional interviews that wouldn't require that. Also, features will be approx 1-1.2k words and we are hoping to have higher rates but are still working out the budget for our first issue.
