STARTING RATES:
- Reported feature (800-1200 words): $250
- Reported feature (1200+ words): $300
- Q&A (500-700 words): $150
- Real Renter story (800-1200 words): $175
- Personal essay (800-1200 words): $125
- Data Story (600-800 words): $150
