Kate Monica is looking for writers for Tremendous:

I'm looking for great writers who can turn stuff around fast. Ideally, I'm looking for people who write with the ethos and speed of a journalist.

Even better if you read voraciously and write because it feels good. People who like what they do are better at their jobs.

We pay above market rate. We're fully remote. We have offsites four times a year: two where we strategize on all things go-to-market, and two where we just hang out. And we offer equity to all full time employees.

I really don't want to cram more boring, regurgitative content into the crowded stacks of the internet.

Inject as much of your personality and voice into the writing as you want. I'll reel you in if you go too far. But I'd rather you go big. Why go small?

Our rates are extremely competitive. Definitely more than $400, which is the industry standard.

APPLICATION CHECKLIST: Unless otherwise stated, include (1) a cover letter explaining how you meet the requirements or why you are the right fit for the job; (2) a one-paragraph summary of your relevant experience, credentials and publication credits; (3) your strongest clips or links to published work; and (4) a resume detailing your writing experience.
