Phillip Pantuso, Editor at Times Union-Hudson Valley, is looking for pitches:
I’m looking for a Catskills-based reporter for a series on rural housing issues in that part of New York. It will be 3-5 articles and some radio work. This is a joint project between the Times Union and WJFF Radio Catskill with outside funding.
This will likely be a project rate vs a word rate, but pay will average out to at least $.50/word. Project details are to be discussed in conjunction with the reporter.
Deadline: No deadline but sooner is better.
