For Going's new travel food newsletter, I'm taking pitches about single dishes and how they represent a place and its history and people. Think: how a Turkish dish became Germany's most popular sandwich. Why you need to eat X if you want to understand Y place. Pay starts ~$350. Typically around 800 words.
I particularly need pitches on places/foods in Africa, Asia, and the Pacific (Australia/New Zealand). We're open to all pretty much all places that a traveler can access.
