The idea that our human experience is encased in our own stories about ourselves is a growing area of psychological research known as "narrative identity," and TELL ME MORE is learning how to apply that and similar research to marketing.

Our toolkit includes design thinking, rapid prototyping, and deep collaboration to create positive change for people, profits for brand owners, and ongoing enjoyable, rewarding work for ourselves.

ABOUT USER EXPERIENCE

Great web UX enters the narratives people are already telling themselves and nudges them in the direction of the brand. It does this through the structure and limits unique to web pages and the contexts in which people experience them.

This requires a great deal of intelligence, artistry, science, craftsmanship, storytelling, and salesmanship. If that sounds like you, please apply!

HOW TO APPLY

Step 2: If we think it could be a fit, we'll schedule a call to get to know one another and tell you about the specific projects.

Step 3: We'll assign you a test project (paid) to see how we work together. We may follow up the first project with a 2nd, more complex project.

Step 4: If we all like how it's going, we'll assign a significant amount of work, starting at 10 to 15 hours per week and working up to 30 or 40.

A minimum of two years in professional copywriting and UX

• Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:30 (flexible)
