Comic Writers wanted (modern fantasy, mystery) | $3,000 for a script

I’ve got a personal project that I’ve been working on for a while, but I’m a bad writer. As much as I’ve tried it’s clear I’m getting nowhere. So I’ve been saving up to find a good writer who can lend me their experience/expertise. I’m not very familiar with industry rates for comic writers but I’m looking for someone who can write a 22-page script for 3000$; willing to negotiate the price further if that’s too low. The project itself is a modern-fantasy mystery story based off of classic fairy tales. If you have any questions feel free to ask, I’ll try to respond as quickly as I can.
