Andrew J. Dickinson, Operations Director at Lost in Cult, is looking for pitches:
I'm currently looking for some talented game writers to pitch articles on the games listed below for a future Lost In Cult [lock-on] volume. Send your ideas to pitches@lostincult.co.uk.
We have contacts for the following games, so your pitch should integrate an interview with the developers of these games. Interesting angles to the front of the queue.
- Teslagrad 2
- Do Not Feed The Monkeys 2099
- The Procession to Cavalry
- The Wandering Village
- Pacific Drive
- OTXO
Ideal pitches will include a synopsis of your idea, what people should take away from it, the timeless aspects of the piece (we want people to be able to read [lock-on] in years to come and it still feel fresh), but also why it is relevant right now. Also include writing samples.
Our rates are available upon request via email, but are competitive with the industry at large. We also offer the fairly unique ability to be featured in a physical publication read by thousands of people, created by an MCV/DEVELOP award-winning design studio!
