Short stories wanted to fill sci-fi book | $500 per story

I'm thrilled to announce that I'm working on a captivating Sci-Fi book, and I'm looking to include a diverse collection of sci-fi short stories. While I've written all the stories up until now, I believe it's time to introduce fresh perspectives and writing styles from other talented authors. However, I must mention that my budget is currently limited to only two short stories, with a payment of $500 for each (I understand it's not a substantial amount, but I'm willing to offer a percentage of royalties per book sale as well, to be discussed).
HERE ARE THE CRITERIA FOR THE SHORT STORIES:
- Genre: Sci-fi
- Word Count: Between 1000-22000 words
- Well-crafted and free of grammar errors
- Must be completed and ready to publish
Ideally, unpublished works are preferred, but I'm open to considering previously published short stories as long as they can be republished
