Job Title: Senior UX Writer

Duration: 6 months, could extend.

Location: Palo Alto, CA/Remote

Pay Rate: $83.23 - $86/hr. Depending upon experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Collaborating closely with leadership, researchers & UX designers to understand business objectives & defining content goals.
• Identifying target audience personas & developing and executing content plans.
• Conducting content audits to ensure content is aligned with the organization's goals and target audience.
• Writing clear and concise content for our public facing website and internal design platform, ensuring they are intuitive and easily understood.
• Publishing content on our public facing website on AEM.
• Publishing content on internal design platform on Confluence.
• Conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback on content effectiveness.
• Adhering to brand guidelines and voice/tone standards to maintain consistency in content creation.
• Conducting content reviews and revisions based on user feedback and stakeholder input.
• Optimize content for search engine optimization (SEO) to increase visibility and organic traffic.
• Implement tagging systems and metadata standards to enhance content discoverability and retrieval. Assign relevant tags and metadata to content assets, enabling efficient filtering, sorting, and search functionalities.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to stay current with content marketing strategies.
• Develop and implement content governance processes, including style guides, content calendars, and editorial workflows.

Required Skills: AEM, Confluence, SEO.
