The Spruce Eats is currently looking for Thanksgiving pitches. This year we're going all in on beige foods (beige-giving!)—mashed potatoes, stuffing, rolls, biscuits, and The Bird.
Why is a table so full of tan foods so appealing? Is there a core memory from your own Turkey Days you want to share? Do you have strong opinions about turkey or have a hot industry scoop around one of the iconic side dishes?
