YOUR ROLE

As a freelance content writer, you will research, draft, write and revise original, engaging, and informative blog articles based on content briefings from the FINN organic growth team. You’ll be one of a team of writers providing content pieces with a balance of editorial storytelling and brand positioning that will educate, entertain and inspire potential FINN car subscribers. We want to build a long-term partnership with writers and offer consistent freelance work.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Write original, high-quality blog posts for the FINN blog on assigned automotive topics. Explain automotive industry topics in-depth from beginners to expert level.
• Revise content to fit current FINN brand guidelines and help further develop the FINN voice.
• Collaborate, interview and/or research subject matter experts to enhance articles.
• Ensure all articles are accurate, engaging, and tailored to target audience

YOUR PROFILE

• 3+ years of experience in content writing for B2C and B2B customers
• Fluency and written proficiency in English
• Ability to write unique content that brings a fresh POV to our main topics of car subscriptions, leasing, and renting
• Extensive knowledge of the automotive industry (prior industry experience a plus)
• Solid understanding of SEO
• Entrepreneurial spirit and independent working style
• Excellent time management skills and highly organized

The payment for this role will be within the range of $100 and $170 per article. This is the lowest and highest payment that we in good faith believe to be fair for this role at the time of this posting. However, the actual payment offered may be more or less than the range posted. Factors that may influence a writer's pay within this range include, but are not limited to, their qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, education level, seniority, and performance. This pay range may also be subject to change in the future.
