Job Description: Blogger for IDOL Courses

IDOL courses is seeking a talented and experienced blogger who is an expert in the field of instructional design. As a blogger for our organization, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, SEO optimized articles that answer specific questions for both new and experienced instructional designers. We are looking for someone passionate about instructional design who can effectively represent IDOL courses through their writing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Content Creation: Produce one SEO-optimized article per week, with a minimum word count of 2,000 or more. These articles should provide instructional designers with valuable insights, tips, and guidance.

Research and Expertise: Conduct thorough research to gather relevant information and stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in instructional design. Utilize your expertise and experience to deliver accurate and insightful content.

Audience Targeting: Understand the needs and challenges of our target audience, including new and experienced instructional designers. Address their specific questions and provide practical solutions through your articles.

SEO Optimization: Optimize the articles for search engines by incorporating relevant keywords, meta tags, and other SEO techniques. Ensure that the content is engaging, well-structured, and easily readable.

Representation of IDOL Courses: Effectively represent IDOL Courses as a reliable source of information and expertise in the instructional design field. Maintain a consistent tone and voice that aligns with our brand.

Collaboration: Work closely with our content team to brainstorm ideas, develop article topics, and ensure consistency across all content. Incorporate feedback from editors and stakeholders to enhance the quality of your articles.

REQUIREMENTS:

Expertise in Instructional Design: You should have extensive knowledge and experience in the field of instructional design. A background as an instructional designer is strongly preferred.

Excellent Writing Skills: Demonstrate exceptional writing skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear, concise, and engaging manner. A strong command of grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure is essential.

SEO Knowledge: Possess a solid understanding of SEO principles and techniques. Familiarity with keyword research, on-page optimization, and SEO tools is highly desired.

Passion for Writing: Display a genuine love for writing and a strong interest in the instructional design field. Your passion should shine through in your articles and inspire our readers.

Research Abilities: Exhibit excellent research skills and the ability to gather information from diverse sources. Analyze and synthesize complex topics into valuable and actionable content.

Time Management: Be able to meet deadlines consistently and manage your time effectively. Deliver high-quality articles every week.

COMPENSATION:

We offer a competitive compensation package of $200 per article. This position requires the creation of four articles per month, one article per week.
